Eggless Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Indeed, here's a recipe for  delicious eggless chocolate chip pancakes:


1 cup regular baking flour

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking pop

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup buttermilk (or plant-based milk for a vegetarian choice)

2 tablespoons vegetable oil (or softened coconut oil)

1 teaspoon vanilla concentrate

1/3 cup chocolate chips (semisweet or dim chocolate, according to your inclination)

Extra oil or margarine for lubing the skillet


In an large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking pop, and salt.

In a different bowl, join the buttermilk (or plant-based milk), vegetable oil (or dissolved coconut oil), and vanilla concentrate.

Empty the wet fixings into the dry fixings and blend until recently joined. Be mindful so as not to overmix; a couple of knots are OK.
